Chiropractic Care

We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Lincoln German has years of training in many forms of chiropractic treatment. Dr. German utilizes several chiropractic adjusting techniques such as Diversified, Gonstead, Palmer Package, Thompson Terminal Point, Activator, SOT, Cox Distraction, and Toggle Recoil.

  DTS therapy provides focused distraction of the spine utilizing state-of-the-art traction equipment and protocols. This modality is especially helpful in treating patients suffering from disc degeneration, arthritis, sciatica and disc herniations. Either the neck or the lower back can be treated effectively. DTS therapy is usually performed with spinal adjustments, "core" stabilization using biofeedback, electrical stimulation and proprioceptive reconditioning to provide a comprehensive program of care to address these serious conditions.

Corrective Exercises

We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%. In addition to skeletal misalignment, muscles and connective tissues can be out of place or strained by improper alignment and use. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay in balance and in health.

Arch Supports/Orthotics

Many spinal conditions and dysfunctions originate in the feet and/or gait. Often, the foot, which is the foundation for the body, does not have proper support and the arches suffer. A computerized analysis can detect abnormal foot mechanics and positioning (supination or pronation) that, if left untreated, can cause chronic knee, pelvic and spinal dysfunctions. We use Superfeet brand footbeds for those patients requiring minimal arch support and Foot Levelers custom made Spinal Pelvic Stabilizers (orthotics) for those needing more precise correction.

Nutritional Counseling

We provide specific recommendations on nutritional supplements and healthy food choices to enhance our patient´s return to optimal health. Do you know which supplements and vitamins are good for you? Dr. German can provide a structured nutritional program based on your individual needs.

Postural Therapy

Good posture is one of the most important ingredients of proper spinal health. Many people know when they have poor posture, but they don't know what to do to have good posture. You don't have to live with poor posture. Postural therapy will provide the necessary program to achieve the posture you desire.
